Lidia Amalia Palazzolo was born 1951 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, of Italian parents. After taking her degree in anthropology, she taught at the University of Buenos Aires from '85 tol'87, the year when she moved to Italy, in the Val di Non (in the Trentino Region). Her poems have been published both in hard-copy and online journals, as well as in various anthologies, including Ai confini del verso. Poesia della migrazione in italiano (Florence, Le Lettere 2006) and A New Map: The Poetry of Migrant Writers in Italy (Los Angeles, Green Integer 2007).
