a tree of dates

Vince Fasciani was born of an Italian father and a Swiss mother in 1950 and has been living in Geneva for many years. Self-taught, in 1977 he started his real literary activity, dedicating himself especially to poetry. He writes both in Italian and in French. A critical note by Pier Vincenzo Mengaldo dedicated to Fasciani is to be found in the anthology Cento anni di poesia nella svizzera italiana (Armando Dadò editions, Locarno 1997). The poems published belong to the unpublished collection, Diario Ordinario.
